We ship nationwide across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via courier within 3-5 business days thereafter. A flat shipping rate applies at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Free collection of your order is available from 15 Bennett Street, De Waterkant, Cape Town, 8001 within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your cap. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it out.
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

If you receive the wrong product, or your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will make it right.
