Need a break from the hustle and bustle of busy city life? But don’t feel like driving too far? Agama Cabin is the perfect staycation!
This eco pod for two is nestled in the Banhoek Valley, less than an hour from Cape Town, on a 60-hectare regenerative farm. You’ll find yourself surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, hiking trails, and a choice of dams for swimming. It’s the ultimate spot to refresh your soul and reconnect with nature, yet only an 8-minute drive into Stellenbosch for dinner, shopping or wine tasting.
Features
This off grid, open-plan Scandinavian-style wood cabin perfectly embodies the lizard it’s named after – perched on a rock and basking in the sun. It’s set apart from the other cabins on the farm to ensure privacy and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, an indoor fireplace, and the cutest little window nook – perfect for snuggling up with a good book or a glass of wine. The deck is divided into two levels, with a dining table on the upper deck and a wood fired hot tub and sun loungers on the lower deck. It’s also perfect for working remotely as there’s high speed WiFi and no load shedding.
